Our history
Adaxi is a company established in 2011, when a group of colleagues with decades of experience in IT decided to embark on a shared path in which they believed from day one. Together, they created a tool capable of adapting and responding to the emerging social and business needs.
Thus Adaxi was born, with the aim of providing professional services in the IT field, developing innovative solutions in CRM and BI, and providing ongoing support and specialized assistance to its clients, meeting their needs and competently handling critical issues.
Today, strengthened by its collaboration alongside the biggest system integrators operating in the country, Adaxi represents one of the most solid companies in the central south area specialized in Service Management Consulting.

We have a Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 with the primary objective of continuously increasing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s activities. Each year, we define with timely and comprehensive planning, all the goals that the company wants to achieve, including those related to our continuous improvement – as defined by the Quality Management System – and the achievement of ever-higher customer satisfaction.
UNI ISO/IEC 27001:2022
We have implemented the Information Security Management System – UNI ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – with the aim of addressing cyber threats and ensuring information security, cybersecurity and the protection of privacy.
The system will enable us to specify the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the information security management system within our organisational context, including criteria for risk assessment and risk treatment.
